Dr Michael Wright is a Sydney based general practitioner, health economist and health services researcher.  Dr Wright is the national President of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Australia’s largest medical college representing over 50,000 members working in or towards a career in general practice.  Dr Wright is also an Associate Professor at the International Centre for Future Health Systems at the University of New South Wales.  From 2022-2024 Dr Wright was the Chief Medical Officer at Avant Mutual.
